In Plainspeak publishes two issues with a theme every month. A cross-cutting theme across all issues is how we can expand safe, inclusive self-affirming spaces.

February 2023: Accessibility and Sexuality

This issue of In Plainspeak focuses on the multi-polar connections between accessibility and sexuality to understand and explicate the conditions that, in varying degrees, foster, allow or obstruct us from expressing and exploring sexuality in our own ways and building safe, inclusive, and self-affirming spaces.

UPCOMING ISSUE:

March 2023: Narratives and Sexuality

How do we narrativise sexuality in empowering, rights-based and pleasure-affirming ways? How can narratives help in creating inclusive and safe spaces, especially in relation to understanding and expressing our sexualities in a pluralistic manner? This month’s issue of In Plainspeak attempts to probe into these questions by focusing on the manifold connections and conflations of sexuality and narratives.
