All of us might be practicing a self-care technique based on what works best for us. For some it could be meditation, for few others it could be engaging creatively. Playing with pets might be a fun way to relax and so could tapping to relieve stress. While there are various ways to promote well-being, in the page we have added a few tools that can be a part of your self-care practice.
