Tapping is also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). It is a powerful holistic healing technique that resolves a range of issues. It’s based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.
TARSHI has used this practice in some of our workshops on Stress Management and Burnout Prevention.
Some participants shared:
“EFT really worked for me and I would definitely try to practice this at my workplace and spread knowledge about stress management within my team.” – from a workshop conducted for a women’s rights group
“Lifestyle one adopts in today’s world often makes a person stressful, [the reason for which] more often than not, the person doesn’t really understand…Learning the EFT from TARSHI was an effective way to establish contact with oneself and an effective way to alleviate stress level.” – from a workshop conducted for an organisation working with refugees
Some of the team members in TARSHI practice this regularly every week and the collective tapping has effectively helped us both personally and professionally.
