We often look at people and, based on their appearance, assume that they are ‘healthy’ or not. Here is an insightful comic by Everyday Feminism that dissects the various assumptions around health that can be ableist, ageist, racist, sexist, as well as plain simple wrong. But, what about invisible illnesses? What about mental illnesses? Chronic pain? Eating disorders?
