Between 2023 and 2024, TARSHI conducted four Training of Trainers (ToTs) on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), two in English and two in Hindi, with practitioners and facilitators working across diverse contexts in India.
This report focuses specifically on the first two English-language ToTs and the consolidated follow-up engagements conducted with participants from those cohorts. The reflections, quotes, stories, and insights included here are drawn from:
- Training documentation,
- Online follow-up conversations,
- And an in-person follow-up
While some broader learnings may resonate across the wider ToT process, this report does not attempt to represent experiences from all four trainings in full.
