How can inclusive, affirming approaches to sexuality come into the everyday lives of young people, parents, teachers and across the social sector? This is the focus of TARSHI’s awareness and outreach activities. We believe that rights-based, pleasure-affirming, and inclusive perspectives on sexuality are essential to counter fear-based narratives, stigma, and misinformation. These activities help us spark dialogue, share resources, and build solidarity across diverse audiences, whether through events, campaigns, or digital platforms.
Events
We host and participate in panels, webinars, and consultations on SRHR, CSE, and SISA, often in collaboration with social sector organisations and educational institutions, to foreground diverse voices and intersections.
Stalls
At cultural festivals, conferences, and college events, we put up interactive stalls and share TARSHI’s books, resources, and creative activities, inviting conversations on sexuality and wellbeing with the public.
Campaigns
We mark key national and international topical days, create perspective-building content on digital platforms, and collaborate with organisations to amplify feminist, rights-based messaging and advocate for CSE and SRHR.
