For some it could be meditation, for few others it could be engaging creatively. Playing with pets might be a fun way to relax and so could tapping to relieve stress. While there are various ways to promote well-being, in the page we have added a few tools that can be a part of your self-care practice.<\/p>\n<p>From <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarshi.net\/selfcare\/our-work\/\">TARSHI\u2019s<\/a> experience of practicing some of the tools for our collective-care and in our workshops, we have shared our stories too.
