Mind and body interact, so that the change in movement will affect the total functioning. It works on unity of mind, body and spirit. Beneficial for both physical and mental health, dance therapy can be used for stress reduction, disease prevention, and mood management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TARSHI has used this practice in some of our workshops on Stress Management and Burnout Prevention <\/span>and a participant shared this.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cI think this is what was missing from my life and my all workplace. A little dance and touch is what you need everyday.\u201d<\/em> &#8211; from a workshop conducted for a women\u2019s rights group<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below is a video to guide you into movement as a way of relaxation.
