It is made up of training modules, interactive games, recommendations for evaluating the training, as well as audio-visual and graphic materials as instructional aids. There are some exercises for <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cyber-women.com\/self-care\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">self-care<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> too.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row foundry_padding=&#8221;pt0 pb0&#8243;][vc_column][vc_separator color=&#8221;mulled_wine&#8221; style=&#8221;shadow&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.feministcounselloredmonton.com\/boundaries-burnout--the-art-of-saying-no.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Here<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a course on Boundaries, Burnout, and the Art of Saying No that combines experiential learning with the chance to share personal experiences and insights.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row foundry_padding=&#8221;pt0&#8243;][vc_column][vc_separator color=&#8221;mulled_wine&#8221; style=&#8221;shadow&#8221;][vc_column_text]<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sambhaavnaa.org\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The Sambhaavnaa Institute<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of Public Policy and Politics is an alternative learning and living space for those concerned with social and political change.
