She likes to write, sing and create videos on YouTube as side quests. \r\n\r\nNandhini: Nandhini is Programme Coordinator \u2013 Communications and Outreach at TARSHI. A communications enthusiast with 5 years of experience in youth-centric development, gender, and sexuality in India, Nandhini has independently led online campaigns and held partnerships with media, PR, and social sector organisations to amplify the voices of marginalised communities. Her expertise is in building a robust social media strategy and designing communication collaterals and programmes to strengthen narratives on digital platforms. With a Masters in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex, UK, her interests lie in reading about gender and sexuality, travelling, and trying different cuisines.\r\n\r\nTanvika: Tanvika is a Senior Programme Associate at TARSHI working on capacity strengthening and outreach. They support programmatic activities including facilitating capacity-building trainings and perspective-strengthening sessions on gender, sexuality, comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
