Her work takes a multi-tiered systems approach, connecting individual agency and learning with institutional practice and systemic change. Her practice is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and disability-informed. For over two years, she has worked at Enfold as an Instructional Designer and Communication Manager, working to make conversations around gender, sexuality, and inclusion more accessible, meaningful, and affirming.\r\n\r\nVijaya Venkatesh:\r\nVijaya Venkatesh is the Associate Director of the Suvidha Program at Enfold Proactive Health Trust and a special educator with over thirty years of experience in disability and inclusive education. Her work focuses on facilitating Personal Safety and Comprehensive Sexuality Education for caregivers of children with autism, intellectual disabilities, visual impairment, and hearing impairment. She has contributed to the development of inclusive educational programs and is committed to advancing equitable access to education, information, and support for persons with disabilities.\r\n\r\nDr Sangeeta Saksena:\r\nDr Sangeeta Saksena is a gynaecologist, author and co-founder of Enfold Proactive Health Trust, Bengaluru. She advocates for and provides training on the inclusion of restorative, rights-based sexuality, gender equity, and personal safety education in school and higher education curricula, as well as Restorative Circles.
