They have also worked as a graphic designer, illustrator and editor with grassroots organisations like Samaj Pragati Sahyog, Khabar Lahariya and Bebaak Collective. Their interest lies in gender studies and intersectionality, primarily because of its far-reaching implications on their personal life and societal transformation.\r\n\r\n Vanshika Gupta (they\/them) holds a Master\u2019s in Development from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, and has a background in Multimedia and Mass Communication. Their research interests lie at the intersections of gender, space, and informality. As a Research Associate at the Centre for Energy, Environment, and People (CEEP), Vanshika contributes to projects addressing gender in electricity governance, climate resilience, and sustainable mobility. They are dedicated to reimagining development frameworks through research and practice.\r\n\r\nAnjani Chadha (she\/her) is a freelance journalist and filmmaker currently based in Mumbai. She is pursuing a Master\u2019s degree in Media and Cultural Studies at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Her debut short City of Mirage premiered at the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival in 2023 with further screenings at KASHISH film festival; Bangalore Queer Film Festival, among others. She has also previously written on art, culture, and cinema for publications like The New Indian Express, Indulge Express, and The Rolling Tape.
