Bodies, Beauty and Boundaries"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>These artworks focus on sexuality, bodily autonomy, and the importance of a pleasure-affirming approach to sexuality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Women\u2019s bodies are considered as symbols of <em>izzat<\/em> and <em>abru<\/em> (honour and dignity) making it the woman\u2019s responsibility to \u2018protect\u2019 her sexuality, while at the same time, her sexuality is controlled by patriarchs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A room of one\u2019s own is often the only space where a woman can safely explore her sexuality \u2013 a
