AIDSTAR-Two's database of organisational capacity building tools provides program planners and implementers a broad array of ways to advance their programs, institutions, and networks working on HIV and AIDS around the world. Each month, they feature a tool/resource and invite participants to adapt it to their local context. A discussion forum to share information on the featured tools/resources is also available.

AVERT: AIDS & HIV Education and Research Trust

Avert is an international AIDS charity based in the U.K that provides information on HIV/AIDS education, prevention, testing, and treatment. The website is continually updated to include the most up to date information. The site is easy to navigate and provides reliable information and resources.

HIV INSITE: Centre for HIV Information

The site provides up-to-date information on HIV/AIDS treatment, prevention and policy from the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. Link to the ‘Basics’ section for general information and FAQ’s.

Lawyer’s Collective

The Lawyer’s Collective provides free legal services, conducts advocacy and policy research on legal and human rights issues, and develops publications, documentation and trainings through their HIV and AIDS Unit and Women’s Rights Division. The organisation produces a variety of public education material on the rights of HIV-positive people and conducts public education campaigns to raise awareness on various issues relating to HIV and AIDS, same-sex relationships, domestic violence, and stigma and discrimination related to these issues.

Naz Foundation

The NAZ Foundation’s mission is to raise awareness to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS and providing support to those affected by it, with sensitivity and confidentiality. Naz Foundtion works with men who have sex with men, truckers, women and children. It runs the only care home for HIV Positive women and children in New Delhi. Its work involves prevention strategies, care and support, research, and advocacy. Issues around advocacy include collaborating with several NGOs in India calling for the repeal of anti-sodomy laws.
